Job Summary
Conduct regular and random patrols around business perimeters and client sites while safeguarding facilities in commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, carrying out safety procedures and emergency response activities as needed. Provide customer service by adhering to site-specific policies and maintaining a valid driver's license for driving positions. Work 24-hour shifts in late swing or graveyard rotations at gated communities in Newport Coast, California, earning $23.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Good Driving Record
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
