Security Patrol Driver Shopping Center

Conduct routine unarmed patrols throughout retail locations, including driving patrols, common areas, storefronts, parking zones, and perimeter access points. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations by maintaining a visible presence to deter unwanted activity, monitoring behavior, and addressing concerns through professional communication and escalation. Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff while supporting access control, observing entrances and exits, and documenting security-related activities per site policies. Maintain a calm, problem-solving approach during emergency response and ensure compliance with site-specific procedures.
