Job Summary
Conduct security patrols across Houston Region sites to deter intrusion, inspect doors, windows, and gates, and verify equipment integrity. Perform checks on stairwells, fire exits, and mechanical rooms for unauthorized access or hazards. Respond to alarms, report disturbances, and contact emergency services or property managers as needed. Write daily activity reports detailing irregularities, property damage, or rule infractions. Maintain visual security presence while driving at night and control crowds when required. Assist in building evacuations and inform individuals of violations. This role requires a Texas driver's license held for three years with no recent at-fault accidents, a current security registration, and a background check.
Required Qualifications
- MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD
- HAVE TXDL FOR 3+ YEARS
- NO AT FAULT ACCIDENTS OR TICKETS IN THE PAST 3 YEARS
- Have a current security registration
- maintain all licensing requirements for Non-Commissioned Security Officers
- passing a Criminal Background Check
