Job Summary
Monitor premises, access control, and patrol various locations to maintain a safe environment for clients. Enforce regulations regarding personnel and visitors while conducting property tours and utilizing technology devices throughout shifts. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, and provide customer service to employees and guests. Resolve conflicts, de-escalate tensions, and respond to emergencies with rapid judgment. Complete assigned rounds and ensure all post orders are followed. Day shifts available in Gallup and Grants, NM. Wage is $17.90/hr. High school diploma required; security or military experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
