Job Summary
Investigate and resolve intrusion attempts by reviewing security events in the Security Information and Event Management system. Communicate effectively with business partners regarding claims, safety, and overall business needs while troubleshooting electronics issues across 115 terminals. React to high-stress situations using CCTV and remote viewing systems, maintaining strong verbal and written communication skills. This role supports incident response at the Wilmington Service Center, requiring a valid driver's license, ten-year work history, and flexibility for night and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language
- At least 21 years of age
- Willingness to work nights and weekends if needed
- Verifiable ten-year work history
- Ability to effectively react to high stress situations
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong telephone and customer service skills
- Experience in successfully troubleshooting a variety of electronics issues
