Security Operations Supervisor (SOS)

Oversee daily security operations at the Beaver Dam data center, ensuring all posts are manned per global standards and managing incident escalation and response. Lead the security team through shift handovers, vendor post order compliance, and routine operational reporting to site management. Provide coaching and feedback to personnel while fostering a culture of excellence and implementing strategies to enhance staff engagement. Act as the liaison between site security management and the data center team to coordinate initiatives based on training needs.
