Job Summary
Lead security briefings, monitor camera feeds for real-time situational awareness, and conduct perimeter checks to enforce standard operating procedures at Allianz Field. Supervise contract security staff for compliance, coordinate updates to Genetec Security Center and Envoy systems, and assist with tabletop exercises and red-team drills to test emergency response readiness. Facilitate internal training for 24/7 security staff, design audit programs to evaluate operations, and track trends to produce event debrief reports. Provide coverage support as assigned to enable senior leaders flexibility for higher risk duties. Requires overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus a valid driver's license and criminal background check.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in security leadership or operations
- experience in a stadium, arena, or venue working with sports security protocols
- Experience coordinating shifts and supervising staff
- Working knowledge of security systems such as Genetec or similar platforms
- screening tools such as OPENGATE
- Previous experience delivering emergency response and crisis management training
- Clear communicator who understands how to collaborate across teams, serving as a liaison with law enforcement
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds as needed, standing and walking for long periods of time
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Valid driver's license
