Security Operations Manager

Security Operations Manager leads and mentors the security operations team, drives the incident response program, and advances the organization’s security posture across cloud and endpoints. Responsible for 24/7 monitoring, triage, and remediation; effective use of SIEM/SOAR/EDR and threat intel; vulnerability management; and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Engineering, and Compliance. Requires a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, IT, or related fields, with relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, Security+) beneficial. Proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and defense-in-depth security technologies; strong analytical and leadership abilities; and experience building/leading security teams.
