Job Summary
Operations Manager leads daily and nightly physical security operations, oversees and enhances security across multiple locations, drives a strong safety culture, trains and mentors onsite security personnel, plans and executes security projects and daily tasks, coaches employees, evaluates effectiveness, ensures client partnership and compliance with post orders, conducts audits/inspections, builds relationships with stakeholders, and performs ongoing training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in the security industry
- 4+ years of leadership or management experience
- Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, incident management, and other security technologies
