Job Summary
The Security Operations Manager role in the Green Bay area oversees daily security operations, coordinates with HR, and leads recruiting and staff development. Key duties include building client and employee relationships, scheduling to minimize overtime, direct recruitment and onboarding, training coordination, staff performance monitoring and disciplinary actions, maintaining accurate personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state guidelines. Requires supervisory experience, strong security operations knowledge, high-level computer proficiency, and ability to communicate effectively in English. Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years in security or customer-service roles; capable of obtaining Wisconsin Private Security License. Office-based role with a salary starting at $75,000 per year and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or in a customer service position
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to acquire and maintain Wisconsin Private Security License
- English language proficiency (read/write/speak)
