Security Operations Centre Operator - Cambridge - CB21

Monitor CCTV systems, manage information reporting, and provide telephone and email support for clients and staff. Escalate issues to the correct level, resolve challenges quickly, and complete detailed reports in line with company policy. Oversee the Mobile Patrol and Response Team, conduct alarm response actions, and monitor staff welfare via check call systems. Provide an out-of-hours telephone answering service and assist with shift resourcing as required. Full in-house training is provided prior to undertaking the role.
