Job Summary
Operator in our Security Operations Centre (SOC) based in Cambridge, supporting day-to-day operations, CCTV monitoring, and out-of-hours coverage. Responsibilities include providing professional security service with high customer service standards, escalating and reporting information promptly, producing detailed client reports, monitoring CCTV, handling telephone and email inquiries, overseeing staff welfare checks, assisting with shift coverage, and supervising the Mobile Patrol and Response Team with alarm reports. Full in-house training will be provided; the role emphasizes teamwork, proactive issue resolution, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CCTV SIA Licence (desirable)
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
- Knowledge of MS packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with corporate brand
- Resilient and pro-active in work
