Security Operations Center (SOC) Supervisor - Poughkeepsie, NY - $27.00/hr.

Security Operations Center Supervisor needed to lead a team of SOC professionals in a fast-paced operations center. Responsibilities include supervising daily SOC activities, coordinating incident response, ensuring policy compliance, serving as the primary escalation point for security incidents, monitoring incidents and coordinating responses, conducting shift briefings, reviewing incident reports, tracking performance metrics, and providing coaching and training to SOC personnel. Candidates should have strong leadership and communication abilities, experience in security operations in a command/control/operations center, and be a U.S. citizen with a High School Diploma or GED and a valid Security Guard License or ability to obtain one. Onsite role based in Poughkeepsie, NY with potential for weekend/holidays/overtime as needed. Preferred: 3–5 years in SOC/GSOC/dispatch, an associate degree, bilingual skills, and experience with security platforms such as Microsoft 365, Genetec, AMAG Symmetry, and Everbridge.
