Job Summary
SOC Operator for APAC region based in Bengaluru, responsible for monitoring and operating security systems (access control, CCTV, environmental monitoring, mass notification), responding to alarms and incidents, dispatching security personnel, maintaining incident logs and reports, and coordinating with regional security leads. Requires execution of protocols, handling confidential information, and strong customer service and communication skills. Must have experience with CCTV/video management and access control systems (Genetec/CCure 9000) and protective intelligence tools (Everbridge/ISOS Tracker); proficient in Windows/Office; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work overtime. Minimum 3-4 years of experience; degree in any stream.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CCTV/video management and access control systems (e.g., Genetec, CCure 9000)
- Experience with protective intelligence monitoring tools (Everbridge, ISOS Tracker)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Typing minimum 35 words per minute
- Ability to work overtime on short notice
- Strong teamwork and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with high-tech work environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
- Ability to analyze threats and assess impact on operations
- Experience in security operations or SOC environments (3-4 years)
