Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and appropriate emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and the perimeter of a financial services location. Monitor access points, observe activity, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while supporting a professional environment. Work a rotating day shift from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
- Have access control and badge experience preferred
- Have customer service experience preferred
