Security Operations Center Night Shift Associate Manager

Night Shift SOC Associate Manager leads a team of SOC Analysts in a 24/7 operation, oversees daily SOC functions, conducts leadership briefings, performance and attendance management, and coordinates training and tabletop exercises to improve SOC protocols. Responsibilities include crisis-management liaison, incident response coordination, escalation of incidents, monitoring alarms and video equipment (CCTV, access control, fire/duress alarms), answering routine and emergency calls, and providing customer service to travelers, employees, and third parties. Must collaborate with security and facilities teams, communicate real-time events to senior management, and participate in staffing coverage as needed. Requires ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays and to navigate high-stress situations with sound judgement; bilingual abilities (English, Spanish, Portuguese) are preferred.
