Job Summary
Serves as the field commander and quality assurance of ACCIONA security; responsible for daily operational oversight, tactical enforcement and rigorous auditing of the contracted security agencies across multiple projects, ensuring equipment compliance and conducting incident investigations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology or related fields, 3–5 years of progressive industrial security experience, and credentials as a certified security professional/officer; experience managing large-scale guard forces and strong investigative skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminology or related courses
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years progressive experience in industrial security operation (either service provider/client)
- Certified security professional / Certified security officer
- Experience managing large scale guard force and strong investigative skills
