Job Summary
Patrol buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure security and identify hazards. Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to detect threats or unusual activity. Control access by checking identification and logging entries and exits. Respond to alarms, handle emergencies, and investigate incidents while enforcing security policies. Maintain logs, write incident reports, and communicate irregularities to personnel. Day, night, and weekend shifts available with guaranteed 45-60 hours weekly. Day shifts pay £20.50, night shifts £22.50, and weekends/overtime £25.50. Weekly pay occurs every Friday. Essential skills include observational abilities, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Observational Skills: Ability to notice potential threats or suspicious behaviour
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, for reporting and interacting with others
