Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate administrative logs, monitor security cameras, and conduct patrols to guard against theft. Respond to incidents and emergencies at the property, recording data on all events. Check in visitors, inspect vehicles, and control access as a gate officer. Detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, thefts, or criminal activity during foot or vehicle patrols. Perform duties as assigned, including lifting 50+ lbs., walking stairs, and working in inclement weather. Work 24-40 hours weekly with flexible schedules. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs., completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
