Job Summary
Conduct regular patrols of buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure security and identify hazards. Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems to detect unusual activity, while controlling access by checking identification and logging entries. Respond to alarms and emergencies, enforcing security policies and resolving conflicts through de-escalation. Maintain detailed logs and incident reports, communicating irregularities to personnel. Work day, night, or weekend shifts with guaranteed 45-60 hours per week, earning up to £25.50 per hour for overtime. Joining bonus of £3000 available in July.
Required Qualifications
- Observational Skills: Ability to notice potential threats or suspicious behaviour.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, for reporting and interacting with others.
