Job Summary
Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises, perform access control at entrances and exits, and resolve conflicts through de-escalation techniques. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity while providing detailed written reports. Interact frequently with client employees and guests to ensure site goals are achieved daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature as required for the assigned site, maintaining alertness throughout shifts in various weather conditions and terrains.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Clear driving record
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process
- Willingness to participate in drug screen
- Willingness to participate in background investigation
