Job Summary
Provide initial response to all police, fire, or medical incidents and maintain a professional security presence at assigned locations. Manage entry and exit control points, monitor proprietary surveillance systems and fire alarm panels, and conduct safety inspections as directed. Handle security complaints, assist public safety officers, and perform accountability for issued equipment. Maintain individual security activity records, checklists, and logs using computerized systems, while writing detailed incident reports via email. Requires a NYS Security Guard License and strong computer skills. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekends; benefits include medical, dental, paid vacation, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- You are naturally energetic and alert to your surroundings
- Your specialty is the ability to handle pressure and respond to emergencies
- You must possess strong computer skills
- HS / GED
- NYS Security Guard License
- Must be available for 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends
