Job Summary
Conduct access control at facility entrance gates by verifying IDs, completing entry logs, and checking out personnel upon exit. Perform vehicle inspections prior to entry, examining interiors, trucks, undersides, and hoods. Execute roving patrols to detect unauthorized vehicles, personnel, and potential entry points like fence or gate cuts. Patrol facilities continuously to ensure site and personnel safety. This armed security role requires a DCJS Armed license, valid driver's license, and ability to walk an 8-hour shift. Full-time and part-time positions offer health, dental, and supplemental insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet Army Regulation 190-56 Requirements
- Must have your ARMED DCJS license
- Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be able to use a computer for daily logs, incident reports, entry reports, etc.
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must have outstanding customer service skills
- Must be able to pass physical fitness test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to walk up to an 8-hour shift
