Job Summary
Conduct security patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, and secure premises by inspecting buildings and access points. Respond to emergency situations, investigate unusual conditions, and enforce company policies while maintaining accurate written reports. Provide customer service to visitors, manage badge issuance, and operate building controls during opening and closing procedures. Maintain emotional stability and physical readiness to lift 50 pounds, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Work the afternoon shift in Pittsburgh, Blawnox, reporting to the Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Some security experience
- demonstrated proficiency with the duties of all facility security posts – galleries, entrances, docks and tours

- understand and follow oral and written instructions
- communicate instructions to others
- ability to demonstrate emotional stability during periods of tension and stress while carrying out assigned duties

- ability to climb, maintain balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and reach with hands and arms
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods
