Job Summary
Monitor access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor and contractor entry while documenting security-related information on computer or tablet systems. Screen vehicles, deliveries, and personnel entering or exiting the facility per site-specific policies, and conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to identify unusual activity. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers at a logistics and distribution location in Goodyear, AZ, working overnight shifts from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
