Job Summary
Conduct regular patrols of buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure security and identify hazards. Monitor CCTV systems to detect unusual activity, control access by checking identification and logging entries, and respond to alarms or emergencies. Enforce security policies, resolve conflicts, and maintain detailed incident logs. Work flexible day, night, or weekend shifts with a guaranteed 45-60 hours weekly, earning up to £28.60 per hour with a £3,000 joining bonus after three months.
Required Qualifications
- Observational Skills: Ability to notice potential threats or suspicious behaviour
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, for reporting and interacting with others
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions
- Conflict Resolution: Ability to de-escalate tense situations and find peaceful solutions
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with security equipment, surveillance systems, and basic computer applications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to patrol, stand for extended periods, and potentially handle physical situations
- Professionalism: Maintaining a calm, courteous, and reassuring presence
- Day , night and weekend shifts available
- Monday to Friday , Tuesday to Saturday or just weekend work
- 8 am till 5 pm
- 8 am till 8 pm
- 8 pm till 6 am or 10 pm till 8 am
- You can choose to work days or just nights + weekends
- Day shifts 8 am till 6 pm or 8 am till 8 pm paying £19.50 hour
- Night shifts 8 pm till 8 am paying £22.50 hour
- Weekends and overtime paid at £25.50 hour
- 45-60 hours per week guaranteed
