Job Summary
Conduct patrols inside and outside client premises, perform access control at entrances and exits, and manage conflict resolution and de-escalation. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, then provide detailed written reports. Engage frequently with client employees and guests while working in a team environment to ensure site goals are achieved. Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation, carrying out specific tasks and duties as required for the assigned site.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
- Standard computer / technology skills
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation
- Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Available Wednesday - Saturday 12pm-8pm, Sunday 11am-7pm OR Sunday - Monday 11pm-7am / Flex remaining days
