Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to tenant concerns, incidents, and critical situations by escalating matters according to site protocols while providing customer service to visitors and property management. Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures. Requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of security-related experience. Shifts run Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license for driving positions
