Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, screen personnel, visitors, packages, and shipments, and verify authorized access while maintaining visitor and contractor records. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by documenting observations and completing required reports. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to report security concerns and maintenance issues. Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Work part-time shifts including days from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM and nights from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM at a logistics and distribution location in Martinsburg, WV.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
