Job Summary
Greet visitors, verify credentials, issue badges, and manage access control at a commercial office location. Monitor front-desk communications, receive calls and deliveries, and maintain visitor logs. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Work day shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, rotating to early mornings and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
