Job Summary
Greet, screen, and direct visitors while maintaining logs, issuing credentials, and managing access-control processes at a commercial real estate front desk. Monitor lobby activity, building entry points, alarms, and security systems from a stationary post, reporting unusual activity per site procedures. Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by contacting building personnel or emergency responders as needed. Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation. Work part-time shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays at a Nashville, TN location.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
