Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access records at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents and critical situations professionally, escalating matters per site procedures. Conduct regular patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter grounds to identify security concerns. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff while carrying out site-specific access-control and emergency response activities. Work day shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, earning $23.40 per hour. A valid driver's license is required per company policy.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions only
