Security Officer Visitor Access Driver

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access records while conducting patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter grounds. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Maintain a visible, professional presence to deter security-related incidents. Work day shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
