Security Officer Vehicle Route Patrol Driver

Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas. Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns to store leadership or Allied Universal supervision. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner while following site-specific procedures. Assist with access control, monitor entry and exit activity, and maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation. This role requires a valid driver's license and is located in Roanoke, VA.
