Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, exits, stock areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, shoplifting concerns, customer disturbances, and critical situations while following established reporting procedures. Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor access points and observe activity within the retail location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures. Work a day shift from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions
