Job Summary
Manage entry and exit points at an automotive manufacturing location by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate access records. Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and delivery personnel while conducting patrols of assigned areas, including parking zones and facility perimeters, to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to alarms and critical situations professionally, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with company policy. Work rotating shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
