Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while carrying out site-specific security procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the commercial office property, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Monitor access points, observe activity, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established emergency response procedures. Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications. Work a day shift from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday at a commercial real estate location in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license
