Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned commercial office areas, including entrances, common spaces, parking, and perimeters, while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while supporting access control and badge processes. Respond to alarms and critical situations following established emergency procedures, and report unusual conditions to site contacts. Prepare clear activity reports and shift communications. This unarmed role requires 2 years of security experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license if driving is needed. Shifts run 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Possess a valid driver's license
