Job Summary
Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating matters per site procedures. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities. Monitor property access, verify visitor authorization, and report unusual activity or policy violations. Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications. Work full-time day shifts from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Norwalk, CT. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner

- Ability to conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas
