Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver

Conduct routine unarmed vehicle and foot patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors. Monitor property access, verify visitor authorization, and report unusual activity or policy violations. Prepare activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications. Work full-time day shifts from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM in Norwalk, CT, safeguarding commercial real estate clients.
