Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol

Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while monitoring access points and visitor activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established post orders and notification procedures. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and maintenance-related concerns in required reports and communicate relevant information to site management. Maintain a visible presence throughout the property to help deter incidents. Work part-time shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. A valid driver's license is required for this driving post.
