Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol

Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor access points and visitor activity while documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and maintenance concerns in required reports. Respond to alarms and critical situations following established post orders and notification procedures. Maintain a visible professional presence throughout the property to deter incidents.
