Job Summary
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter while providing customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as appropriate. Maintain an active TWIC card and pass DISA drug testing, working outdoors in the elements for extended periods on rotating 36/48-hour shifts. A clean driver's license is required for driving positions only. This role serves clients across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors within the Chalmette Plant/Refinery Site.
Required Qualifications
- Clean driver's license (no flags or suspensions)
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Work outdoors in the elements
- Active TWIC card, in-hand
- Can pass DISA (breath and hair follicle drug test)
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
