Job Summary
Conduct security and related public services to maintain the safety of hospital staff, patients, and visitors while serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property. Provide supervision for at-risk patients within the hospital environment and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Work hours vary depending on client schedules, project deadlines, and business needs, potentially extending beyond 40 hours and covering any day of the week.
Required Qualifications
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.
- Must be able to help restrain or lift a person
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet HSS a Tarian company driving guidelines if applicable

- Previous work experience with the public in a service setting
