Job Summary
Conduct patrols, monitor access control, and provide customer assistance to uphold safety and security at the hospital, serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activities. Supervise at-risk patients in the hospital environment and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Maintain alertness under pressure while adhering to site-specific requirements and client expectations. Work hours vary depending on assignments, client schedules, and project deadlines, potentially extending beyond 40 hours across any day of the week.
Required Qualifications
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.
- Must be able to help restrain or lift a person
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet Tarian's company driving guidelines if applicable
