Job Summary
Maintain the security and safety of the hospital, its staff, and patients while serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on hospital property. Provide supervision for at-risk patients in the hospital environment and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Uphold Tarian's commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community. Work hours vary depending on assignments, client schedules, project deadlines, and business needs, potentially involving any day of the week with weeks exceeding 40 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.
- Must be able to help restrain or lift a person
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet Tarian's company driving guidelines if applicable

- Previous work experience with the public in a service setting
