Job Summary
Conduct protective services, customer assistance, and incident response to maintain a safe and secure environment while serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activities. Uphold Tarian's commitment to safety by performing assigned duties, including standing, walking, lifting objects up to 80 lbs., and navigating stairs. Work hours vary depending on client schedules, project deadlines, and business needs, potentially spanning any day of the week with weeks exceeding 40 hours. This role supports site operations and client needs within a diverse team focused on empowering communities to thrive through safe environments.
Required Qualifications
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications
- Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
- Must be able to move or lift objects up to 80 lbs.
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines if applicable
- Previous work experience with the public in a service setting
