Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas of a financial institution, including interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeters, to deter incidents and identify unusual activity. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients while verifying authorized entry at access points and responding to alarms or critical situations per established protocols. Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications. Work part-time shifts (Wed/Fri, 8 AM–4 PM) at a Boston, MA location.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification
- Customer service experience
