Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of facilities, perimeters, parking areas, and entry points to deter incidents and identify security concerns. Monitor access points to verify credentials for visitors, contractors, and employees, documenting all entries and exits per site procedures. Provide professional customer service to personnel and visitors while responding to alarms, incidents, and critical situations using established emergency protocols. Prepare accurate activity logs reporting patrol observations, policy violations, and security-related issues. Work day shifts from 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM, Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred
