Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter security incidents at retail and mall locations. Respond to disturbances and critical situations while supporting access control and providing professional customer service to tenants and visitors. Document incidents and patrol activities accurately, communicating relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. This part-time role in Little Rock, AR, offers flexible scheduling via our Claim a Shift platform.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years law enforcement or 2+ years security officer experience
- Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control/badge experience is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
